• Description: Provides educational advocacy for families experiencing homelessness or in housing transition. Services include: - Back packs and school supplies - Hygiene kits - Clothing vouchers - Referrals to housing programs & emergency shelters - Transportation to school of origin - Food bank - Referrals to programs to help with stable housing, medical and dental - Resources to help children succeed in school while experiencing homelessness

• Eligibility: Any family or student who lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residency including families that are doubled up because of economic hardship, families living in substandard housing without heating or electricity, families in hotels/motels, shelters, cars and abandoned buildings, or migrant families who qualify due to any of the above circumstances, and unaccompanied youth who are not in the custody of their parents. Students who qualify for McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance will also be eligible for service.
